How much is shipping?

U.S. Shipping Rates: 
Standard USPS Mail or FedEx (with delivery within 2-4 business days to most locations): 
Orders Between $0 and $49.99 - $4.99 
Orders Between $50 - $99.99 - $6.99
Orders Between $100-$149.99 - $9.99
Orders Between $150-$199.99 - $14.99
Orders Between $200-$249.99 - $19.99
Orders over $250 are shipped for free in the U.S.

If outside of the U.S., you are responsible for any import duties required by your country.

DAP(delivered at place) and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

98% of our orders now ship within 24 hours of placement! If the order has products that need to be manufactured, we will let you know if an order will take longer than three business days. If an order is time sensitive, please let us know so that we can rush it for you

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is offered for a fee. Please contact customerservice#@doggieposh.com for applicable expedited shipping rates. 

Where can I track my order?

You can track the shipping status on your order using the link from the shipping confirmation email sent to you. You may receive multiple tracking numbers depending on the number of items in your order and separate emails for each tracking number.   Please note that some tracking numbers will have limited details once it has left its origin country but the package is still on its way. If you have not received your order by the allotted time, please let us know.

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes? 

Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods.

Duties are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (quantity and value of the items being shipped + any insurance that may be associated + shipping cost). Unlike duties and similar to sales tax, VAT is fixed to a percentage that varies from country to country. As per recent regulations, However, you should be aware that all other packages shipped internationally is subject to VAT or Value Added Tax (in other regions, it may be called a goods and services tax, or GST). Any duties and VAT on your international shipment are delivery duty unpaid (DDU) and will be billed directly to you by the global carrier.

If I order multiple items, will they all arrive together in one package? 

We try to consolidate shipping where possible, however, you may receive several packages, as we use a variety of suppliers, who will ship directly to you for expediency.
