RETURN POLICY

Didn’t like your BLING! We want you to be happy with your order. If not, we'd like to try to make it right.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to us .  For your convenience, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to you. The cost of the shipping will then be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/order number. If an item you ordered doesn't fit your fuzzy baby correctly, please keep the tags on it and contact us immediately. The main concern is to keep our customers happy and coming back so please give us the opportunity to make things right!!!!

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@doggieposh.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Personalized items may not be returned.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items or gift cards. Please get in touch at customerservice@doggieposh.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sizing and Exchanges 

Sizes vary by supplier. Before placing your order, please measure accurately using the sizing chart for each item (provided for each item in the product's photos or its description). If an item doesn't fit correctly or you wish to exchange for another size, please contact us for exchange instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of the return shipping fee. The refund will be applied to the method of original payment. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
